1. Pricing

The price of each order is determined based on the selected package and the client’s chosen options.

2. Down Payment & Security Deposit

• A non-refundable down payment is required to confirm the booking.

• In addition, a refundable security deposit is required, depending on the type of order. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the company has inspected and confirmed the cleanliness and safety of the rented items.

• In case of minor damages, a portion of the deposit may be deducted accordingly.

• In case of major damages, the company reserves the right to claim additional charges to cover the costs.

3. Transportation & Installation

The advertised prices do not include transportation and installation fees. These will be calculated separately depending on the location and the nature of the order.

4. Delivery & Execution

• Orders will be delivered to the agreed location, and the client must ensure access for the company’s staff to carry out the required work.

• All payments must be settled before delivery.

• If the client fails to receive the order at the scheduled time, additional charges may apply.

5. Errors & Adjustments

• In case of any mistake or defect in the order, the company will provide compensation as deemed appropriate after inspection.

• A suitable adjustment may be applied to the client’s next invoice if agreed upon.

• Packages include the main items listed, noting that certain details may vary depending on availability without affecting service quality.

6. Festivals & Exhibitions

For large-scale festivals and public exhibitions, prices and terms are subject to special arrangements to be agreed upon between the parties, depending on the nature and size of the event.

7. Pricing & Offers

Prices are based on those published on the official website or through approved communication channels. Prices are subject to change due to offers and updates.

8. Governing Language

Arabic is the official language for interpreting and applying these terms and conditions.

يتم تحديد سعر الطلب وفقًا لنوع الباقة والخيارات التي يحددها العميل

يُدفع مبلغ عربون لتأكيد الحجز، ويُعتبر غير مسترجع تحت أي ظرف

بالإضافة لذلك يتم تحصيل مبلغ تأمين يُحدد حسب نوع الطلب ويُسترد خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الشركة للقطع المستأجرة والتأكد من سلامتها ونظافتها

في حال وجود أضرار بسيطة يتم خصم جزء من التأمين بما يتناسب مع قيمة الضرر

في حال وجود أضرار جسيمة يحق للشركة المطالبة بمبالغ إضافية تعويضًا عن الأضرار

الأسعار المعلنة لا تشمل النقل والتركيب حيث يتم احتسابها بشكل منفصل وفقًا للمنطقة وطبيعة الطلب

يتم توصيل الطلب إلى الموقع المتفق عليه بين الطرفين ويُعتبر العميل مسؤولًا عن السماح لموظفي الشركة بالدخول لتنفيذ الأعمال

يجب سداد جميع المبالغ المستحقة قبل تسليم الطلب

في حال عدم استلام الطلب بالوقت المحدد من قبل العميل قد تُفرض رسوم إضافية

في حال وجود خطأ أو خلل في الطلب يتم تعويض العميل بما تقدّره الشركة بعد المعاينة

قد يتم خصم مبلغ مناسب من الفاتورة التالية للعميل في حال تم الاتفاق على ذلك

الباقات المقدمة تشمل العناصر الرئيسية الموضحة مع مراعاة أن بعض التفاصيل قد تختلف حسب التوفر دون الإخلال بجودة الخدمة

المهرجانات الكبرى والمعارض العامة والفعاليات تخضع الأسعار والشروط لترتيبات خاصة يتم تحديدها بين الطرفين وفقًا لطبيعة وحجم الفعالية

الأسعار تعتمد على ما هو منشور في الموقع الرسمي أو عبر قنوات التواصل المعتمدة وهي قابلة للتغيير حسب العروض والتحديثات

اللغة العربية هي المرجع الأساسي في تفسير وتطبيق هذه الشروط والأحكام
